In the Inspiration for Sustainability Work lecture series, engaging speakers provide insights and inspiration on current themes in sustainability work. The lectures are aimed at professionals in the creative industries and cover topics such as the circular economy, ground travel, and ecological reconstruction. The series was produced in 2024–2025. Lectures are in Finnish.

Theatre maker and diversity expert Martina Marti discusses accessibility, including concepts like diversity, equality in culture, and inclusive environments. The lecture also includes a self-reflection exercise called the “Teflon Test.”
